I love the colours in the first one also :)
however (and this is just my totally untrained and quite possibly incorrect opinion), the light and shadows on the front wall of the boathouse(?) building are a little bit distracting to me, keeps drawing my eye when i know i really want to follow the line of the pic out to the water and the sky
